In the late 1940s, a new school building was constructed
next to the newly built high school in Victoria Park. The school was then
renamed Victoria Park Grey Primary and occupied the new building in 1950.

The school has seen significant development, including the
addition of facilities like a netball court, tennis courts, cricket nets, a
hall, an administration block, classrooms, a science laboratory, and a media
center.
- Centenary
Celebrations:
In 1975, the school celebrated its centenary with the
opening of a swimming pool and the return of former teacher and pupil, Ms.
Whitehead.
